Monet provides website design, development, hosting, SEO, and related digital services for small businesses and service providers. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your service agreement or selected plan.

We may update or discontinue features of our services from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes that affect ongoing work.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or assets needed for us to perform the services. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Fees for our services are described on the Site or in your service agreement. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. One-time projects are billed according to the agreed payment schedule.

Late or missed payments may result in paused work or suspended services until the account is brought current.

You may cancel a monthly service at any time. Your current billing cycle continues through the end of the paid period, and you will not be billed for the following month.

Upon cancellation, your domain remains yours. The website, associated code, and related assets remain the property of Monet, subject to your service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement, Monet retains ownership of website designs, code, templates, and other deliverables we create. You receive a license to use the completed website for your business while your service is active and as otherwise specified in your agreement.

Monet’s name, logo, and Site content are our intellectual property and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Monet Digital Studio offers an optional SMS notification program for clients and prospective clients who opt in. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Monet Digital Studio related to project updates, appointment and call reminders, service notifications, account alerts, and occasional promotional messages about our services.

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us and the notifications you enable. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing our services.

The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monet disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Monet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid Monet in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
